Fee Schedule
Many of our programs are covered by most major health insurance plans, however only a portion of your costs may be covered by insurance. The amount covered varies from plan to plan.We do our best to estimate the cost of treatment at time of admission. However changes during the course of your treatment, such as relapse, or changes in treatment modality will change the costs of your treatment.
Our services are affordable
Recovery Pointe offers flexible financing along with a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. Our sliding fee program is an affordable, adjustable fee system that is based on income and family size. Sliding fee is not available for assessments and alcohol/drug information school.
Our Financial Manager can help determine insurance eligibility or where insurance is not available, help make financial arrangements.
Insurance
As a service to our patients we bill primary and secondary insurance. Your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
Should you need any treatment, we will provide you with a treatment plan that will be customized. It will show the services needed, an estimation of insurance coverage, and the patients estimated portion. In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following payment policy.
