Intensive Outpatient
Recovery Pointe’s Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program meets the “American Society of Addiction Medicine” (ASAM) patient placement criteria for Level II.1 for those patients meeting the “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders” (DSM-IV-TR) diagnostic criteria for Substance Dependency.
Intensive outpatient alcohol treatment program offers individuals who have developed a dependence on alcohol an opportunity to get sober and develop the skills required to stay that way. Patients are provided essential education and treatment services while allowing them to apply their newly acquired skills in “real world” environments. Individual one-to-one counseling sessions at least once a month, more if clinically indicated are also required.
