Anger Management Coaching
Anger Management Coaching is not psychotherapy, but rather an educational and instructional approach to teaching clients skills. Anger mangement coaching is a didactic experience between the coach and the client where skills are taught, practiced and reinforced through the use of role play, client workbooks and outside exercises.
Anger Management Coaching tends to be best for those that need or prefer a one on one experience.
Participants will learn the 8-tools of Anger Control which include:
- Stress management
- Empathy Development
- Learning to respond instead of react
- Improving self-talk
- Assertive Communication
- Expectation Management
- Forgiveness
- Retreat and think things over
All anger management coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length.
